Yoga + Ceramics: Make your own planter
Join me for a mindful ceramic art workshop this April. Connect your breath with movement through a brief 30 minute guided asana practice to tap into the body and into your creativity. I will guide as you create your very own plant pot or ceramic vessel for Spring.
What would you like to grow this season?
This hands-on workshop is suitable for all skill levels including beginners to yoga and to ceramics. All materials and tools will be provided.
This workshop will take place at Obsidian Flow Yoga, a sanctuary of transformation in the Heights.

Join me in the New Year as we delve into the ceremonial and ritual aspects of incense burning. Experience the transformational power of heat through a brief, 30 min, guided mindfulness practice where we link the breath to movement. Make your own ceramic incense burner to aid in aromatherapy, cleansing, and intention setting for the year ahead.
Take a pause. Honor your progress and your growth this year. Receive what is next with openness and a generous spirit. No prior experience necessary.
This event takes place at The Space Between Yoga Studio, “the best little yoga studio in Texas.”
